Confirmation emails are sent via Brevo (SAS), with servers in the European Union. Brevo is a GDPR-compliant data processor. See brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
I might also get a notification via Discord (internal use only).
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you check the privacy policy checkbox.
Data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and in any case no longer than 2 years from the last contact.
